Michael is of counsel at Randolph Law. His practice areas include general civil litigation and business immigration. Prior to joining Randolph Law, Michael conducted investigations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations on behalf of a large multinational company. Before that, he served as the Managing Partner of a Florida law firm where he oversaw all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts, as well as the firm’s immigration practice.
He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.
Michael is an active member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Florida Bar. He is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
