GSA Expands Contractor Availability on One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business (OASIS SB)

Agencies now have 31 new ways to buy professional services, with a major addition to the small business side of OASIS. Increasing Transparency in the GSA Schedule Procurement Process

Recently confirmed GSA Schedule Administrator Emily Murphy has made it her goal to increase transparency in the federal procurement process, particularly by shining light on some of the “members-only” contracts that exist behind the GSA Schedule wall. Murphy counts transparency and increased competition as her top priorities as Administrator, and she is now waiting for recommendations from the Office of Governmentwide Policy, the Office of General Counsel, and the Federal Acquisition Service.
